Cancellation & No Show Policy

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 24 hours gives us time to fill your appointment slot.

We understand that situations arise in which you may need to cancel your appointment. We respectfully ask that you provide notice to fill your appointment time by another customer, your time is valuable & ours is too. Missed appointments cost us money when we cannot fill the empty appointment slot & as a small business we cannot afford the cost.

Please note that there will be a fee for any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours and for all no-shows

De-Matting Policy

YOUR PET’S SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. WE WILL DE-MATT SMALL AREAS IF YOUR DOG ALLOWS IT

There will be an extra charge for the extra grooming time your pet may require. The extra charge is for the time, patience and expertises needed to perform the de-matting safely. Please note, that we groom humanely, dogs that are severely matted will require to be shaved down.

We do not recommend de-matting on elderly dogs or aggressive dogs.

Drop Off

PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AS OUR SCHEDULE IS DISRUPTED WHEN A CLIENT IS LATE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-BOOK APPOINTMENTS IF SOMEONE IS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE.

We appreciate a courtesy call if you are unable to keep your appointment, which allows us to re-book that time. No-shows or same day cancellations will be charged a fee per pet at the next visit.

Pick Up

PICK UP YOUR PET PROMPTLY AT THE TIME GIVEN TO YOU. PETS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THAT TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEE.

Please do not show up early for pick-up. Once your pet is aware your presence, it may not be possible to safely finish grooming them. Sorry, we still charge full price for an unfinished groom.
